1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pk366 platform — including the casino lobby, sportsbook, live casino section, Jackpot Slots, Kabaddi betting, Mahjong Ways, or Cockfighting — you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full. Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all registered pk366 accounts and govern all activity conducted through those accounts, regardless of the device, browser, or network connection used to access the Platform. These Terms are written in English and the English version shall take precedence in all interpretive matters.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain a pk366 account, you must satisfy the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporate entity or automated system.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gambling platform, including pk366, at the time of registration.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not have had a previous pk366 account terminated for a breach of these Terms.

pk366 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure. This is a standard platform-integrity measure and is not an accusation of wrongdoing.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one pk366 account. If a player is found to hold multiple accounts — whether registered under the same identity or different identities — pk366 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, confiscate any balances held therein, and permanently ban the associated player from the Platform.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for the security of your pk366 login credentials, including your username and password. pk366 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. You must not share your credentials with any third party and must notify pk366 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 PKR Transactions

All deposits and withdrawals on pk366 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, and Raast are typically credited to your pk366 wallet within seconds of confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer or card may take longer depending on the processing time of the issuing institution. pk366 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are processed by pk366 to the payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. To protect against money laundering, withdrawals may only be made after a minimum deposit has been wagered at least once on the Platform. pk366 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing a withdrawal request above a specified PKR threshold.

4.4 Withdrawal Timelines

pk366 aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 business hours of approval. Actual receipt of funds may be subject to the processing timelines of the player's chosen payment provider. pk366 will not be liable for delays attributable to third-party financial institutions.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pk366 offers a range of PKR-denominated bonuses, free spins, reload offers, and seasonal promotions to registered players. Each offer is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active.

• All bonuses are subject to minimum wagering requirements before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds are applied to your pk366 wallet as a separate balance and are used in wagering before real-money funds unless otherwise specified.
• pk366 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any rights accrued by players who have already met the qualifying conditions.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to match-betting, arbitrage wagering, or using multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new registrations only and cannot be claimed more than once per player, household, device, or IP address.

6. Gameplay & Wagering

6.1 Fair Play

pk366 uses certified random number generators (RNGs) across all slot, table, and instant-win titles. The integrity of every game outcome is maintained by the underlying software provider. pk366 does not alter game outcomes or RTP (return to player) settings in a manner that deviates from the parameters set by the game provider.

6.2 Live Casino

Live casino games streamed on pk366 are operated by third-party live dealer studios. The rules of each live game are governed by the respective studio's published game rules, which are accessible within each game interface.

6.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on pk366 — including HBL Pakistan Super League, international cricket, Kabaddi, and other events — are subject to pk366's sportsbook rules, which are published separately. Odds are subject to change up until the point of bet confirmation. Once a bet slip is submitted and confirmed with a bet ID, the odds are locked for that wager.

6.4 Cockfighting

Live Cockfighting streams and associated wagering on pk366 are provided via third-party licensed arena operators. Results are determined by the outcome of the live event as declared by the officiating operator. pk366 accepts no responsibility for interruptions to streaming caused by third-party infrastructure failures.

6.5 System Errors

In the event of a system error, technical malfunction, or game discontinuation, pk366 reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return the staked PKR amount to the player's wallet. pk366 will not be obligated to honour winnings that result from a demonstrable system error.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk366 platform:

• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to gain an advantage in gameplay or to scrape platform data.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated wagering designed to exploit sportsbook pricing.
• Attempting to launder funds through deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals regardless of the source of those funds.
• Accessing the Platform from a sanctioned jurisdiction or in circumvention of any applicable legal prohibition.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening pk366 staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities to gain an unintended financial advantage without reporting them to pk366.
• Creating or attempting to create more than one player account.

pk366 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming

pk366 is committed to providing a safe and responsible entertainment environment for all players in Pakistan. We acknowledge that gambling can be harmful when not approached with awareness and restraint, and we have integrated a full suite of responsible gaming tools into the pk366 platform.

From your pk366 account dashboard, you may at any time:

• Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits.
• Set session duration limits and activate session reminder notifications.
• Request a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Initiate a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion.

Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon activation. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be permitted to log in or create a new account. All users of the pk366 platform must be at least 18 years of age. This is a firm requirement and is enforced through identity verification procedures. pk366 will close any account where the account holder is found to be under 18 and will return net deposits to the legal guardian where this is legally required.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk366 platform — including but not limited to the pk366 brand name, logo, website design, software interface, game graphics sourced from pk366's own assets, and written content — is the intellectual property of pk366 or its licensed third-party suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the pk366 platform without the prior written consent of pk366. Unauthorised use of any pk366 intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk366 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits arising from system errors, connectivity failures, or third-party service outages.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Interruptions to live streaming services caused by arena operators or broadcast infrastructure.
• Any actions taken by pk366 in good faith enforcement of these Terms & Conditions.

pk366's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total PKR amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pk366's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

11. Privacy & Data

pk366 collects, processes, and stores player personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on pk366, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pk366 does not sell player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Player data is shared with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary for the operation of the Platform — for example, identity verification providers, payment processors, and fraud detection systems.

12. Amendments to These Terms

pk366 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pk366 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via their registered email address. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should discontinue your use of the Platform and contact pk366 support to initiate account closure.

pk366 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receiving all necessary information from the player. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct correspondence, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration conducted in English.
